Welcome to the Arizona Corgi Rescue website. Established in June 2004, AZCR is dedicated to the rescuing of Pembroke and Cardigan Welsh Corgi dogs throughout the state of Arizona. For more information on AZCR, click the "About Us" link above.

From the Director:

Hi, Everyone. This is Jon, writing for Eileen. Eileen came home from the hospital on 6 April -- a twelve day stay! -- but is still feeling pretty ill. The doctors still have no idea what has caused the mass around her left kidney, or even what that mass really is.

Your e-mails, calls, notes, and especially your prayers have meant a lot to us. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

Our recent health issues are causing us to reexamine our involvement with rescue. We haven't made any decisions as of yet, but, when we do, we'll let everyone know both here on the website and through our HOWLs.

Lastly, don't forget the "Second Sunday: A Corgi Play Date!" that is scheduled for 13 April 2008 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. See the "News" section to the right for more details.

As ever,

Jon Westcot
Assistant Director
